We have extensive experience with representing clients before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg, before the European Court of Justice (CJEU) in Luxembourg, and before the United Nations Treaty Bodies. We are among the few specialized law firms that provide comprehensive legal services in the protection of your rights.

We have worked with clients from Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, France, the UK, and the USA. People turn to us when their rights are infringed, and they feel that they tried everything and exhausted all remedies in their country. We can help to identify the human rights aspect of their problem and represent them before the most advantageous international body for their specific case.
In Hungary and in Slovakia we can also offer representation before the domestic courts. In Hungary we have extensive litigation experience with claiming damages for the violation of our client’s rights. We can also help our international clients to establish their rights and obligations in Hungary and advise them on the best way of conduct. We do not only work with individuals, but also with companies and organizations.
